Upgrading in Noida — Sector 56 worth the hype?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Sector 56. Everyone glorifies Sector 56, but nobody talks about the crazy high maintenance charges. Are they actually worth it? I mean, is the RWA really *that* efficient? I've heard stories of waterlogging during monsoon too, despite the 'well-maintained infrastructure'. Plus, the property prices seem inflated. Is there any real negotiation room, or are builders like Godrej Properties firm on their rates? Is the location premium *really* justified considering the traffic situation during peak hours? Already have a home loan, so another big EMI is a scary thought. Change my mind. Tell me why Sector 56 is the best investment ever. Disagree? Tell me why.
