Upgrading in Rajkot: Ansal Aastha Mig Zone verdict?

Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone actually a good place to live for families in Rajkot? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, maybe a 3BHK or a better 2BHK in this budget. The project looks decent on paper, around ₹29-30L, but I'm honestly not sure about the day-to-day reality. What's the neighbourhood like for daily needs? Are schools, hospitals, and markets really close by and convenient? Also, how's the society and community vibe? Is it friendly and active, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Trying to figure out if the price jump is justified for a better living experience. Any current residents or those who visited, please share your honest opinions. Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on brochures?
