Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. We're currently in a 2BHK in Mota Mava, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Eyeing Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road, maybe Balaji Group. My biggest worry isn't just higher EMI; it's the capital gains from selling our current flat. Honestly, not sure how to best handle that tax-wise. What are people doing to save on taxes when they upgrade? Any advice on Section 54EC or other benefits? Which areas for 3BHKs offer good value and appreciation?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Capital gains tax is a nightmare, especially when you're just trying to upgrade. We're in a similar boat, thinking of selling our 1BHK. Did you check any specific tax consultants for this? Sometimes they have tricks up their sleeve.
Sahi kaha, tax consultants toh zaroori hain. But many give conflicting advice! Har koi apni dukaan chala raha hai.
