Upgrading to 3BHK: Are fancy amenities just marketing?
Since last year, I'm trying to decide on an upgrade from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. Been checking out projects like SNN Raj Etternia E Block Building 4. The brochures always show amazing amenities, right? But I'm honestly wondering if the promised amenities actually get delivered, or if they're just marketing fluff. Like, is the grand clubhouse really functional or just a ghost facility after a year? I'm thinking about long-term ROI and tenant attraction. Does a fancy gym or swimming pool actually justify the premium pricing and higher maintenance charges later? Or do these facilities just become a burden, increasing the monthly outgo without adding much to resale value? What's your experience with promised vs delivered amenities in Bengaluru projects?
