₹2.5 crore for a 3BHK at Swaraj Homes RWA Dilshad Garden feels like a lot. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK. Builders promise big green areas and advanced security. But is the open space real, ya bas brochure mein? And security systems, guards aur CCTVs, kitne effective hote hain? Investor ke liye, does this premium for 'greenery' and 'hi-tech security' really help with resale ya better tenants? Ya just marketing hype hai?

Kahi builder ne aapko kuch aur hi price quote toh nahi kar diya? Green areas aur security sounds good, but is it worth double the listed price? I'm also looking to upgrade, so curious to know if this is a new trend or just an outlier.
