Upgrading to 3BHK, but builder legal hassles tension
My current 2BHK in Sector 137 feels small now, and I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Budget is around ₹1.5Cr. Already have a home loan, so this time I really want to avoid any legal headaches. I'm looking at projects like AFOWO Raksha Addela and some by ABA Corp. Builder ka track record kaise verify karoon properly? RERA compliance check karna bohot important hai, par beyond just seeing the registration number, what red flags should I look for on the RERA portal? Matlab, agar builder delay karta hai, toh RERA ke under mere real legal options kya hain? Is it actually effective or just paperwork? Koi experienced buyers bata sakte hain ki unhone kaise builder ki legal history check ki thi before finalising? Seems like a big risk again, not sure if the premium is worth it if legal issues pop up.
