Floor-rise premium feels like a total rip-off in Chandigarh sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 24C, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa in New Chandigarh or Aerocity. The price jump for a higher floor, often ₹5-10 lakhs, seems excessive. Is that premium ever justified for investment ROI or resale value here? Already have a home loan, so every lakh matters. Not sure if it's a real value add or just a builder tactic. Thoughts?
