Did a site visit to Sterling Ascentia on Saturday and honestly, it looked good. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but construction quality worries me. My tip from past experience: always check the *actual* under-construction units, not just the model flat. Look closely at wall finishes, especially near plumbing lines and corners for unevenness or cracks. Often, issues like seepage start there later. Is the premium justified if initial build quality is shaky? Already have a home loan. Hope this helps other buyers too.
