Visited a few 3BHKs in Vasant Kunj and Saket this weekend. Currently in a 2BHK near Dwarka, thinking of upgrading but the prices for a 3BHK are crazy, ₹3Cr+ easily. My main concern is all-in cost. Builders quoted a price but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking. Kya negotiation sach mein work karta hai in Delhi? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain from builders like DLF ya Godrej? Aur koi hidden charges hain jo possession ke time pata chalte hain? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be high.

Bhai, totally relate! Hum bhi Dwarka se shift karne ka soch rahe hain, but ye Vasant Kunj aur Saket ke prices dekh ke darr lagta hai. 3Cr is just the base, upar se GST, stamp duty, registration, parking... it all adds up so fast. Lagta hai dream hi reh jayega.
Haan yaar, same pinch! Builders toh bas base price dikhate hain.
