Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Electronic City. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK/villa. Is the price jump worth it here? Sab traffic aur connectivity ki baat karte hain, but aur kya hidden risks hain E-City mein? Koi red flags hain kya jo dhyan rakhne chahiye before committing? Resale value ya infrastructure issues ka kya scene hai?

E-City ka appreciation depend karta hai IT sector pe. Agar companies expand karti hain, toh demand badhegi. But abhi current market mein, growth thodi slow hai, especially after the initial boom.

Solution toh metro extension hai, par woh kab tak poora hoga, kaun jaane. Abhi toh alternate routes hi dekhne padte hain. Kabhi kabhi toh Agrahara Layout se ghoom ke jaana padta hai.
Traffic ka toh kuch nahi ho sakta bhai, reality hai. Accept karna padega.
