Been looking for 8 months now, need a 3BHK for my family in Sector 45. Lion Infra Developers projects dekh raha hoon. Brokers bol rahe hain ki unke paas better deals hain aur hidden charges kam honge. But direct builder se baat karun ya broker through jaaun? Brokers ke chakkar mein mat padho bhai. Unka apna commission hota hai, woh bas deal close karwate hain. Builder direct deal
