Already have a home loan, so this next step needs to be super careful, especially with legal stuff. When looking at new projects, how do you guys actually verify RERA registration beyond just the number? Saw a few red flags with some older SKA Greenarch listings, honestly not sure if they're fully compliant. And what about those builder-buyer agreement clauses? Feels like they're always stacked against us. Any specific red clauses you've managed to negotiate or get removed? If a builder delays possession, what are the real options under RERA? Is it actually effective, or just good on paper?
