Raj Nagar Extension – been looking at 3BHKs here and prices seem too high. Currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading, but that premium for a 3BHK or villa feels huge. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Builders like Gaurs and ATS have options, but is the price jump really worth it now? Already have a home loan. Kya future appreciation justify karega yeh extra expense? Or should I just rent out my 2BHK? Koi thoughts on rental yield for 3BHKs in these areas?

Totally agree yaar, same boat here! I'm also in Indirapuram and the jump to a 3BHK in Raj Nagar Extension feels like a scam. My budget is similar, around ₹1.2 Cr, and builders like Gaurs and ATS are quoting prices that make no sense for the current market. Is the appreciation really going to cover this premium? I keep thinking, why not just invest that extra money elsewhere or upgrade within Indirapuram itself? Kya koi aur builder hai jo better value de raha hai, ya koi hidden gem area?
