Upgrading to 3BHK in Sector 152: Hidden costs are a nightmare

The 'all-inclusive' price for a 3BHK in Sector 152 is total fiction. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing ABA Corp, but all these hidden charges for PLC, IFMS, maintenance advance... sab milake itna badh jaata hai. Builders ka quoted price aur actual cost mein bahut farak hota hai. How much extra should one budget? Is this premium really justified? Change my mind.
