Visited Puravankara's project near Sarjapur Road last weekend, and prices for a 3BHK already seem quite high, almost ₹1.6 Cr. I'm currently in a 2BHK in RT Nagar, thinking of upgrading, but not sure if this price jump is justified. Metro Phase 3 aur Peripheral Ring Road ka kaam chal raha hai idhar, toh kya lagta hai, will these areas like Sarjapur or even Yelahanka see huge appreciation? Builder bol rahe hain ki ROI tagda hoga. But yaar, these infra projects ki timeline ka kya? Kitna delay hota hai pata nahi. Is it still worth buying properties near these upcoming corridors ya sab kuch already priced in hai? Any advice on finding something affordable but with good potential? Kya lagta hai community ko?

Bhai, 1.6 Cr for a 3BHK in Sarjapur? Woh bhi Puravankara ka? Bahut zyada hai yaar. Builder toh hamesha ROI tagda hi bolte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Metro aur PRR ka kaam toh 5 saal se chal raha hai, kitna aur lagega kaun jaane. Mujhe toh lagta hai already sab priced in hai.
