Upgrading to 3BHK: Is the price jump worth it?

Is upgrading from my 2BHK in Vasant Kunj to a 3BHK really worth the price jump in Delhi? Already have an EMI, so extra cost matters. Builders like DLF or Godrej ke projects mein, kya real appreciation 3BHKs mein significantly better hoti hai? Or should I stick with my current 2BHK and invest somewhere else?

Bhai, Vasant Kunj mein 2BHK se 3BHK ka jump is massive. EMI ka socho toh darr lagta hai. Kya sach mein 3BHK mein appreciation itni better hoti hai ki yeh risk worth it ho?
