My 2BHK is feeling small now, looking for a 3BHK or villa in New Chandigarh. Manohar Singh and Company ke Vamana Riseonic mein interest hai, but RERA compliance kaise check karein? Builder ka track record bhi dekhna hai. Kya title verification steps hain jo log often miss karte hain? Don't want any future legal issues for my investment.
