Visited Signature Global Andour Heights last weekend. Thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 65, Mohali; already have a home loan. My budget is around 1.8-2.5 Cr for a 3BHK, mostly in Sectors 82-84. Honestly, builder ka track record aur legal transparency ko leke bahut darr lag raha hai. How do you guys *actually* verify RERA registration beyond just checking the number? Matlab, BLF Developers jaise builders ka legal history kaise pata karte hain? Is RERA complaint process effective ya bas paperwork hai? Don't want to get stuck in any legal mess later. Any tips on title verification jo log generally miss kar dete hain?

Yaar, exactly my fear! I'm also looking for a 3BHK in the same budget, maybe around Airport Road side, and every builder ka legal status check karna is a headache. Signature Global ka naam toh suna hai, but yeh BLF Developers ka naam pehle nahi suna. RERA registration number dekhna toh easy hai, but uske peeche kya hai, kaun batayega? Your post hits home, bhai.
