Upgrading to 3BHK: My CEL Apartments amenity reality check
CEL Apartments, New Delhi – been looking at this for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, so the price jump needs to be worth it for me. I'm trying to figure out if the amenities shown on paper actually translate to daily use, ya know? My trick is to visit on a weekday morning AND a Sunday evening. You really see who uses the gym, kids' play area, pool. Helps gauge the community vibe too. Maintenance charges ka bhi idea lag jaata hai. Any other tips for checking the real quality before signing? CEL Apartments? Bhai, I heard mixed reviews about that builder. What's the current price per sqft for 3BHK there? And possession ka kya scene hai?
18-20k is quite high for a project with delayed possession, especially when you're upgrading. Is it RERA registered?
U2, last I checked, they were quoting around 18k-20k per sqft for a 3BHK, but that was a few months back. They were pushing for early registration. Possession date toh they keep changing, heard some delays. Builder ka track record thoda shaky hai.
Totally agree with your strategy, OP! Weekday morning and Sunday evening visits are gold. I tried that for a project near Anand Vihar and saw how empty the gym was vs. the packed kids' play area. Really helps you see the ground reality. For CEL, have you looked into their maintenance charges history? Sometimes they hike it up after a year.
