Upgrading to 3BHK: My RERA questions for Delhi properties
My kids are growing up fast, and this 2BHK just isn't cutting it anymore. We're finally looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in areas like Dwarka or Saket, budget around ₹2.5-3 Cr. Dekh raha hoon properties from builders like Godrej Properties, Risland Sky Mansion bhi dekha. But honestly, RERA compliance aur legal stuff ko lekar bahut tension hai. Builder-buyer agreement mein itne hidden clauses hote hain, samajh nahi aata kya sahi hai. Especially for delays. Agar builder late kare, toh RERA mein asli options kya hain? Kya compensation milta hai ya bas paper pe rehta hai? Also, RERA registration kaise check karein properly? Koi red flags batado jo normally miss ho jaate hain. Pehle baar itni badi investment kar rahe hain, wife aur bachcho ke liye safety aur clear title bahut important hai.
