Upgrading to 3BHK near NH-24: My price dilemma

Honestly, I'm struggling to understand Ghaziabad property lately. Looking to upgrade to 3BHK/villa near NH-24 Highway. Prices seem wild. Has anyone tracked NH-24 trends for 1-2 years? Is buying now wise or should I hold?

Totally agree! Prices are insane. I was looking near Ahinsa Khand 1 and the rates they are quoting for a 3BHK are just ridiculous. Lagta hai abhi wait karna hi padega.
