Does price negotiation actually work in Noida? I'm eyeing a 3BHK upgrade near Gulistanpur from my 2BHK in Sector 78. Can you really knock off much from builders like Resi Home Infra? Also, what's the real 'all-in' cost? Should I budget 10-15% over the base price for stamp duty, PLC, parking? Don't want surprises.
