Noida Extension projects look promising for upgrading from my 2BHK. I'm checking Gaurs 6th Avenue. For investors, RERA compliance is key. How do you really check RERA registration beyond the website? Are those builder-buyer agreements truly balanced or are there always hidden red clauses favoring the builder? And if things go south, is RERA actually effective or just for show?
