Upgrading to 3BHK in Sector 35. Resale property dekh raha tha. Goyal Estate Agency ne jo final all-in cost bataya, stamp duty, interiors add karke, it's barely cheaper than new. Resale pe kitna negotiate kar sakte hain log? Seriously confused.

Bhai, Goyal Estate agency se bach ke rehna. Unka commission bahut high hota hai aur prices bhi inflate karte hain. Sector 35 mein resale aur new mein itna difference nahi toh kuch gadbad hai.

Exactly! Mujhe bhi ek baar similar experience hua tha. New project mein thoda negotiation karke almost same price mil gaya tha. Resale mein toh itna haggle karna padta hai, aur phir bhi final cost upar hi chala jaata hai.
