Been looking at 3BHKs for months now, planning to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 82. Har jagah bas base price dikhate hain, but jab all-in cost ki baat aati hai, tab brokers poora scene change kar dete hain. Emperium Infrastructure ke ek project mein Sector 36A mein, they quoted a decent price initially for a 3BHK. But then add stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... and suddenly it's 1.8 Cr se seedha 2.2 Cr ho gaya. Is this normal? Ya brokers jaan boojh ke lowball karte hain pehle? Already have a home loan, so this extra 40L is a huge shock. Anyone else faced this broker game? How do you get the real, final number upfront?

Totally resonate with your experience bhai! I was looking at a property near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and the exact same thing happened. They show you a 'starting price' that looks amazing, but then jab sab extra charges add hote hain, it's a completely different ball game. Builders aur brokers dono milke game karte hain. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us who are already stretching their budget. Is there even a way to get a full, transparent breakdown from day one?
