Upgrading to 3BHK: Worth the premium for amenities?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Loan pre-approved, but now stuck on the actual project. I'm looking at places like Mahira Homes 88B. My main concern is construction quality. Builder claims toh sab achhe karte hain, but actual mein kitna difference aata hai? Like, after 2-3 years, are there major seepage issues or cracks that hit resale value hard? Also, these fancy clubhouses and sports facilities, are they really used daily ya bas showpiece hain? As an investor, I need to know if these amenities actually attract good tenants who'd pay a premium, or if they just add to maintenance charges without real ROI. I mean, is the price jump for these 'premium' amenities truly worth it? My current society mein, gym toh khali hi rehta hai. Kya Mahira Homes mein bhi aisa hi hoga? Any experiences with build quality and amenity usage there?
