What's the real story with maintenance charges at Big Block South City 2? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK/villa there. Heard the maintenance is high, but is the service quality worth it? Wow, Big Block! South City 2 mein location toh prime hai, no doubt. I'm also eyeing a property there, but the price range ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr is making me super nervous as a first-time buyer. Hope the maintenance isn't a deal-breaker on top of that.

Money pit hi lag raha hai to be honest. Only 4 units mein itna high maintenance... kiske liye? Itna spend karke bhi ek proper community feel nahi milegi. Think about it.
Parking allocation is usually one dedicated spot per 3BHK, maybe two for villas depending on the size and what you negotiate. Resale value ka toh pata nahi, it's a niche market for 4 units. But tenant appeal definitely badhta hai with good amenities and excellent maintenance. Log paisa dene ko ready rehte hain if the society is well-maintained and has good security.
Bhai, maintenance toh high hai, no doubt. Around ₹15-20/sqft suna hai, which for a 3BHK or villa will be hefty. But service quality is actually decent, guards, cleaning, common area upkeep, sab theek hai. They do deliver on the 'premium' part, so you won't be complaining about basic services.
