₹65 lakh for Adani Aangan feels okay for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and if it's safe for the kids. Is the community actually friendly or is it isolated?

RERA number kya hai Adani Aangan ka? Aur possession date kya thi? ₹65L seems like a good deal if it's genuinely ready-to-move and all paperwork is clear. I'm looking at something similar in Badshahpur but prices there are crazy.
I visited Ad
Haan, RERA number 260 hai, confirmed. Possession date July 2021 thi. So it's a ready-to-move property. ₹65 lakh for a 3BHK sounds reasonable if you compare it to new launches in Basai or Baharampur Naya, jahan abhi bhi construction chal raha hai.
Haan, schools toh bahut hain us area mein. DPS, Amity sab paas mein hi hain. Safety ka toh mujhe bhi lagta hai ki gated community mein theek hi hota hai.
Bhai, ₹65 lakh for Adani Aangan? Thoda high side nahi lag raha? Completed project hai, but Adani ka track record gurgaon mein mixed hai. Dekh lo ek baar. I heard about some delays in their other projects near Airport Road. Just saying, due diligence kar lena.
Guys, I'm seriously looking at Adani Aangan for a 3BHK. They're quoting around ₹65 lakh. Price-wise, it feels okay for a first-time buyer like me, but I'm really unsure. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby for our kids, and safety in the community. Is the community actually friendly and lively, or does it feel isolated there? Any current residents or people who visited, please share your honest views. Bahut tension ho rahi hai!
Community vibes are okay, not super active but families hain. Kids ke liye parks hain. School bus connectivity is usually good from there.
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai, first-time buyer ke liye sabse mushkil hota hai. Adani Aangan ka RERA number 260 hai. Project completed hai as of 2021. So no delay issues now. I think the price is decent for a 3BHK in that range, considering Gurugram market rates are always on the higher side.
