Upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids, confused between builders

Since January we've been hunting for a 3BHK in Bengaluru. Kids are growing, need more space, maybe near Whitefield or Sarjapur. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. I'm torn between Prestige, Sobha, and Godrej projects. Prestige seems good but heard about quality issues post-possession, like plaster cracks. Sobha is pricey, but does their construction quality justify it? And are there many hidden charges with Godrej? Need advice on actual build quality and customer support after booking for these.

Bhai, your situation sounds exactly like ours! ₹1.8 Cr in Whitefield for a 3BHK is tough. We also looked at Prestige and Godrej. Prestige ke projects dekhne mein toh mast lagte hain, but mere ek dost ne Agrahara Layout mein Prestige Falcon City liya hai, he's constantly complaining about plaster cracks and water seepage issues post-possession. Customer service bhi bahut slow hai uska. Sobha is definitely premium, but it feels out of budget for most of us first-time buyers. Godrej ke hidden charges ka darr toh mujhe bhi hai.
