Super area figures in Ghaziabad are a total joke, honestly. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Tronica City, SG Estates ka project, for my kids' space. Builder quote mein super area bahut high dikha rahe hain, but carpet area kitna milega, not sure. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood aur kids ke school ke liye connectivity. Kya spot discounts asli hote hain ya bas marketing gimmick? Aur Tronica City mein kya price correction possible hai? Ya kahin aur value milegi?

Super area ka toh pura scam hai yaar! Builder ko bolte hain carpet area batao toh gol mol jawab dete hain. Tronica City ka idea nahi, but safety aur school connectivity ke liye bahut careful rehna. Koi aur area suggest kar sakte ho jahan value for money mile?
Value for money ke liye agar budget bahut tight hai toh Loni ya Dadri side bhi dekh sakte ho, but connectivity aur safety ka compromise ho sakta hai wahan. Ghaziabad mein affordable options kam ho rahe hain.
