Upgrading to a 3BHK in Noida – worth the risk?

Socha ki upgrade karein from my current 2BHK in Sector 75. I'm looking at 3BHKs, maybe even a villa if the budget works out. I'm hearing mixed reviews about construction quality. Like, is the price jump worth it if there are plaster cracks within a year of possession? Anyone had experience with that? I'm mainly considering projects from ATS and Godrej. Heard some ATS projects have maintenance issues later on. Godrej ka customer support kaisa hai after booking? Already have a home loan, so EMI is important. Is it worth paying extra for a reputed builder, or am I just paying for the brand name? Confusion hi confusion hai. What's your opinion?
