Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in New Chandigarh and Sector 49. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 24C, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a plot for a villa. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Is the price jump for a 3BHK from Godrej or Omaxe actually worth it for appreciation? Or should I look at plots in Aerocity, even with the higher initial outlay? Not sure if the rental yield difference between a 2BHK and a 3BHK is significant enough, especially with current EMI rates. Which option makes more sense for long-term gains, honestly?

Totally agree, U1! I checked out Omaxe New Chandigarh last month for a 3BHK, and
Yaar, I've been in the same boat, looking at 3BHKs in New Chandigarh. Godrej ka price toh sky-high lag raha hai. For ₹1.5 Cr, a plot in Aerocity might give better appreciation long-term, even if construction is an additional headache. Rental yield for 3BHKs isn't that great compared to what you pay.
