Are construction-linked payment plans always the smartest move for investors in Gurugram? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Patel Nagar, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road. Already have a home loan, so I'm really looking at total cost of acquisition. Builders like Ashley Estate often push CLP, but how much does the interest stack up versus a lower upfront down payment? Need to factor in stamp duty, PLC, parking, and interiors too. What's the real all-in cost for a 3BHK around ₹2.5 Cr? Does anyone have experience leveraging payment terms for better ROI?

Bhai, Golf Course Ext Road pe 2.5 Cr mein 3BHK? Woh bhi all-in cost? Mujhe toh bahut mushkil lag raha hai. CLP mein interest toh lagta hi hai, upar se hidden charges. Patel Nagar se upgrade karna hai toh budget thoda stretch karna padega ya location compromise karni padegi.
