Upgrading to a bigger flat for my growing family

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. We're finally looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in Chandigarh, specifically X Ecosystem Green Homes. My wife's priority is a genuinely safe, friendly community for the kids, plus good schools nearby. Is it just good on paper, or is the neighbourhood actually family-friendly? Also, any thoughts on their 3BHK layouts? Are they efficient or just big on paper? We need space that actually works, not just wasted corners. Should we consider it?
