Been looking for a 3BHK for months now, currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli. Thinking of upgrading to Ballal Durga Devi Nest. Price range ₹1.27 Cr–₹1.32 Cr seems okay, but is the carpet area efficient for a family? Yaar, I'm already on a home loan, so har paisa counts. How's the layout for actual daily living, not just on paper? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly neighbors milenge ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Is it genuinely a good home for an end-user?
