My current 2BHK in Sector 78 feels more spacious than the 3BHK carpet area shown for Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses. I'm looking to upgrade, but ₹1.5 Cr for something that feels smaller is frustrating. I already have a home loan, so this jump needs to be worth it. For those who took possession, did the actual usable space feel efficient? Or are there lots of odd corners and dead space? Honestly, I'm not sure if the price jump is justified for the actual living area.
