₹78 lakh for a 3BHK G3 Builder Floor 1 in South Delhi, that's the price I'm seeing. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading. Is this price jump worth it for daily living? Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikhte hain, but practically, kitne useful hain? Like, gym ya park sahi mein maintained hain, ya bas show-off hai? Aur neighborhood ka vibe kaisa hai, schools aur markets paas hain kya? Already have a home loan, so EMI ka load hai.
