Upgrading to Supertech Estate: Are the amenities real?
My current 2BHK lease ends in a few months, and I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Ghaziabad. I'm looking at Supertech Estate since it's a completed project. Already have a home loan, so just trying to see if the price jump is worth it for a bigger space. Jab site visit kiya, amenities toh list pe bahut saari hain, but I'm wondering if they're *actually* useful daily ya bas dikhane ke liye. Like, gym ki condition, swimming pool clean rehta hai? Also, maintenance charges kitne hain monthly? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly neighbors hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? For completed projects, people often miss checking actual amenity usage. Aur electrical load capacity bhi dekh lena, aajkal ACs aur appliances bahut hote hain. U5, woh 3500-4000 mostly common area maintenance, security, cleaning ke liye hota hai. Gym ya pool ke liye usually koi extra charge nahi hota, it's part of the monthly fee. But personal services like plumber/electrician you pay separately. Neighbors are generally good, especially in my tower. We have a few WhatsApp groups.

Totally agree. Supertech ka naam sunke hi red flag aata hai. Ghaziabad mein unke aur bhi projects hain jahan log abhi tak fight kar rahe hain.
