Takshshila Apartments — my wife and I are seriously considering a 3BHK here for our growing family. Our current place is too small, kids ko space nahi milta. Price range ₹97.91 L se ₹1.48 Cr seems reasonable. But is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas brochures mein achha lagta hai? Neighbourhood mein acche schools hain kya around? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? My main concern is safety and a good community for the kids. Has anyone lived there long-term, what's your experience?

Schools ka kya scene hai wahan? My kids are young, so a good primary school nearby is non-negotiable for us. Anand Vihar side se commute kaisa rehta hai daily? Aur security ke liye CCTV aur guards kitne effective hain, especially at night?
Security is usually good in smaller societies like this (total units 90 hain). Guards ka number depend karta hai society budget par, which comes from maintenance. As for amenities, it's a completed project from
CCTV coverage toh hai, but guards ka number kam laga mujhe jab main site visit pe gaya tha. Amenities mein swimming pool aur gym basic hain.
Schools ke liye don't worry. DPS, Amity jaise schools 5-7 km ke radius mein hain. Anand Vihar se commute peak hours mein thoda traffic hota hai, but generally manageable hai. Alaknanda is closer, wahan se toh easy hai.
Actually, mere ek friend ne wahan invest kiya tha. He said possession 2020 mein mil gaya tha time pe. Location toh achhi hai, connectivity wise.

Jaisa ki aapne builder ke track record ki baat ki, Takshshila Apartments ka possession 2020-02-01 ko already ho chuka hai. So delays ka issue yahan nahi hai. My cousin lives nearby and says the amenities are decent, and it's a completed project, so no RERA headaches now.
