Upgrading to Tru Windchimes: Are amenities just for show?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe a villa. Tru Windchimes looks good on paper, but I'm worried about the amenities. Everyone glorifies the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, all that jazz... but honestly, kitne log actually use karte hain? Yaar, most of these just add to the maintenance cost. My home loan EMI is already heavy, so every rupee counts. Is the community lively, ya bas log apne-apne mein rehte hain? I need real gyaan from current residents. Is this project genuinely good for daily living, or is it just another show-off property?
