Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lost about property in Uppal. Prices for a 3BHK are around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr, which is a stretch. Is it worth it for long-term investment, say 3-5 years? Kya appreciation milega? And resale market kaisa hai wahan, easy to sell later or not?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Uppal prices have shot up unnecessarily. For 90L-1.2Cr, I was expecting something closer to Gachibowli or at least a developed area like Ameerpet. ROI in 3-5 years seems like a big gamble there. Resale ka toh aur tension hai.
