Uppal Marble Arch: Any surprises with ongoing costs?
Luxury projects often hide their true cost post-possession, that's my observation. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for something manageable, low-maintenance. Uppal Marble Arch came up, it's completed, seems nice. But I'm honestly worried about the actual monthly outgoings. What are residents *really* paying for maintenance charges there? Is it just the advertised amount, or are there always hidden society charges or unexpected repairs cropping up? We want a good society vibe and convenience, but don't want to get stuck with exorbitant bills after moving in. Also, how's the daily life quality? Any noise issues from nearby roads? Any tips on what to specifically ask when looking at an older luxury flat like this would be helpful. Hope this helps someone else too.
