₹5.1 Cr for a 4BHK here felt like a big jump, but we took possession of our unit in Uppal Marble Arch two months ago. The actual carpet area feels... compact. Especially the living room and one of the bedrooms. It looked so much bigger on the floor plan brochure, you know? Makes furnishing a challenge, honestly. And the society vibe? It's pretty quiet so far. Not sure if people are just private or if there isn't much community building happening. Anyone else living here or nearby feel the same about layouts or the overall atmosphere?
