Uppal Marble Arch — just moved in about 3 months ago. Honestly, the daily living experience is a bit mixed. The location is good, but I'm trying to figure out if the maintenance charges are fair. What are others paying monthly here, like per sqft? Also, neighborhood quality, especially schools and markets nearby, is a big concern. Is it genuinely good to live here long-term, or just a fancy address that looks good on paper? Not sure if it's truly worth the premium.
