Uppal Marble Arch promises don't match reality

₹5.5 Cr for a flat at Uppal Marble Arch, and I'm honestly shocked by the reality. Just moved in last month, aur jo brochure mein dikhaya tha, it's not even close to what we got. Pool abhi tak pura operational nahi, gym mein basic equipment missing hain, and the kids play area looks half-done. Builder ne bola tha all amenities ready hain possession pe, but this feels like a bait-and-switch. Plus, society maintenance charges are so high, around ₹12,000 monthly, but the services aren't matching up. It's truly frustrating after spending so much. Yeh toh bilkul misleading hai. Anyone else faced this after moving into a completed project in Chandigarh? What did you do about these post-possession issues?
