The capital appreciation for projects like Uppal Marble Arch in Chandigarh is honestly making me worried about my investment. I bought a unit there thinking the resale market would be strong, given the price point and location. But ab lag raha hai, is it really that liquid? My agent promised good rental yields too, around 3.5-4%, but the actual numbers I'm seeing for similar units... are they even covering the EMI? Not sure if I made the right call here, yaar. People who've actually sold or are renting out in Uppal Marble Arch, what's your real experience with capital gains and resale? Kitna time lagta hai exit karne mein, and what's the actual ROI looking like after all costs? Has anyone faced issues finding buyers?

Agent toh kuch bhi bolte hain. 3.5-4% rental yield in Chandigarh for 4.5 Cr+ property? Sounds too good to be true, especially abhi ke market
Yaar, same pinch! I was also looking at Uppal Marble Arch but the prices seemed really high for the resale potential. My agent also tried to push it, saying 'premium location hai'. Ab toh aur darr lag raha hai. Lagta hai sahi time pe back out kar liya maine.
