Guys, Uppal Marble Arch mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon as an investment. Marketing toh sab achha dikhati hai, but real scene kya hai utilities ka? Specially, elevator uptime aur paani ki supply. Suna hai tanker dependency bahut hai, isse tenants milne mein ya long-term value pe farak padta hai kya? Nervous hoon yaar.
