Uppal property: hidden problems no one talks about.

What's the real ground reality of buying property in Uppal? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but kuch log bol rahe hain about infrastructure issues, like water supply and connectivity. Is the price jump worth it, ya sirf hype hai? Any hidden risks, yaaro, jo builders don't disclose?
