₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Uppal, but it's 1600 sqft super area, not carpet. I'm in real estate, I know the games, but even I'm shocked by how much prices have jumped here. It feels like everyone's banking on Metro. Honestly, if I need to sell in 5 years, will I even get a fair return? Or is the current appreciation just a bubble? What are others seeing in Uppal for resale value, off the record? Is it worth buying now?

Totally agree yaar. Uppal mein prices kaafi unreal lag rahe hain. I was looking at a project near Nagole and even there, the 2BHKs are touching 70-75L. Metro ka hype hai but itna jump toh samajh nahi aa raha.
