Are Upper Kharadi property prices really justified right now? I'm based in Dubai and looking at a 2BHK, but the ₹95L-₹1.1Cr range feels steep. Can't visit, need ground truth. What's the actual investment potential for 3-5 years with the proposed Ring Road? Is water supply municipal or tanker dependent? And traffic during peak hours? Any real insights on rental yields would be super helpful.

Yaar, 95L-1.1Cr for a 2BHK in Upper Kharadi sounds steep even for Pune standards. Dubai se dekh rahe ho toh shayad aur zyada lagega. Ring Road ka hype toh hai, but real appreciation will only come once it's fully operational, which is years away. Abhi toh sirf builder premium le rahe hain.
